Welcome to Pilates Workshop

An extended 75-minute pilates workshop perfect for anyone new to pilates or anyone interested in getting more out of their regular workouts. In this slower paced session, we will run through the classic repertoire of pilates moves dissecting each as we go to build confidence and understanding - think The Hundred, Roll Ups/Downs, Bridge, Single Leg Stretch. Throughout the class we’ll also unpack different Pilates lingo; helping you to engage your body more effectively in your next classes. Expect guided movements, a variety of props and lots of space to those questions you’ve always wanted to ask your pilates teacher but never had the time to! After our guided workout, you’ll head out with fresh cues, tips and mini-skills you can easily bring into your next classes.
