With a new year, an opportunity to gain an introduction to yoga - whether you are new to the mat or to the studio, returning after a break, or simply want to get back to some of the fundamentals.
Join Sarah for a 75-minute workshop and exploration, where questions and discussion are welcome along the way.
Together, we’ll gain confidence in some of the key yoga poses (asanas), think downward dog, warrior poses and triangle, alongside breaking down vinyasas and sun salutations A & B and gaining an understanding of using props to find new ways to access and explore. As well as shapes, we’ll dip into some simple breath work to connect to the body in ways beyond movement.
Throughout, expect an open invitation to ask questions and discuss - sharing experiences and insights to learn from one another.

Sarah has been practicing yoga for going on 15 years and teaching for 8. She adores bringing a sense of levity and joy to her classes and is known for her playlists and love of class sequencing. Leading anything from restorative to vinyasa and power flows, Sarah dabbles in a bit of everything at the studio (and if you’re lucky, bakes too!).
