Every Body Studio is a yoga and movement studio on St Clements. We are a small space and our classes are a limited in size to ensure you get individual attention from our teachers.
Every Body Studio has an inclusive, body positive and supportive approach to yoga and movement. We support diversity in all its forms and teach beginners who have never been in a yoga class before, those who have an established practice and also have plenty to offer to full on yogis, alongside our barre, pilates and Qigong sessions. Our classes are accessible, fun and focused. Whether it's a dynamic vinyasa class or a calming restorative session that you need, we create a friendly and welcoming space in which to practice.
We understand that yoga can be an intimidating prospect, particularly if you’re not very flexible or the terminology is unfamiliar. But you can’t be bad at yoga. We love nothing more than introducing people to the practice and offer a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. Yoga genuinely is a practice for all, and a growing body of research points to the benefits of yoga, not just for strength, flexibility and relaxation, but also for issues such as joint pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, back pain, digestion, anxiety and depression.
Our timetable includes all kinds of movement classes, including pilates, Qigong and barre, and we have something for everyone: complete beginners, experienced practitioners, pregnant women and parents with babies.
We also run specialist classes with a targeted focus. The first of these will be a regular class to help relieve stress and anxiety.
Our studio is equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, tea – everything you need to support your practice. Just turn up, or book in online to secure a space.
