Moving from a bridge pose to "full wheel" (urdhva dhanurasana) can feel a bit baffling. There's so much going on: the wrists, the shoulders, of course the lower back... and often little to no time to experiment in a busy class. This 90-min workshop demystifies the dark art of backbending, with a focus on wheel but taking in plenty of other poses along the way.
