Monthly Mandala Vinyasa Yoga

An extended 75-minute session, this monthly Mandala Vinyasa yoga class uses sequencing based on one or more of the four elements (earth, water, fire and air) and moving around the mat in a circle. You'll explore all four corners of the mat in 360 degrees to find shapes in new ways and switch up perspective. A typical session will begin with breathwork and seated postures before dynamic vinyasa moving in circles and ending with yin-based shapes.
