A late-summer workshop to help you pause, ground, and move into the next season with intention.

As nature begins to shift and slow, we’re often doing the opposite — rushing into September routines, school runs, and to-do lists, holding our breath until Christmas. But this seasonal edge offers us something different: an invitation to steady ourselves, re-root, and set the tone for how we want to move through the rest of the year.

This 2-hour workshop is a gentle space to land — to reconnect with yourself after the swirl of summer, feel your feet on the ground, and find a sense of calm steadiness before autumn truly sets in.

We'll start with a grounding yoga practice, followed by breathwork, meditation, and a short journalling session to set your intention for the months ahead — something to carry with you as an anchor.
