Join this workshop for an integrated, hands-on approach to improving your physical health and overall wellbeing. Discover how the body’s interconnected systems can be enhanced through somatic practices and myofascial release techniques to support nervous system regulation, promote resilience and relaxation. The workshop will have a distinct focus on somatic awareness and vagus nerve practices including Myofascial Release and a short Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.

The Teacher

Sara Santos has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for several years and become passioned about mind-body connection and somatic healing during her personal recovery from widespread chronic pain (fibromyalgia) and anxiety. Her mission is to share the transformational healing power of mind-body methods, leading others to long-lasting physical and emotional freedom.
