Give yourself permission for deep rest during this session. The Sound meditation invites relaxation and has been shown to improve many aspects of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Each person’s experience is unique. Come along and experience it for yourself.
What to expect:
This 90-minute session will begin with a guided voice meditation to induce a waking sleep state similar to that experienced during savasana.
After this, you will hear the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls. Let the sound vibrations travel deep within the body, touching each cell with unique frequencies. This can help reduce stress, anxiety and depression, improve memory and pain, and aid better sleep, and energy levels.
After the session:
There will be time to discuss your individual experiences with the group if you wish. Tea will be available to allow integration and reflection of the session before we close.
