Let’s have barre fun! We will use different props throughout this workshop to help you tone, strengthen and lengthen in a classic barre class.
We will conquer our plies, ballet positions, and improve our balance and choreography!
Barre has become one of the most popular fusions of ballet, pilates and contemporary dance to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility. You will get a chance to tone, sculpt and stretch your entire body. There is no need to be a professional dancer or to have any background in dance.
Barre is split into three main sections: intense warm-up, standing part (plies, ballet movements), core-strengthening section and cool-down with a great choice of intense music to ensure you get all the positive energy while working hard.
Barre is for all body types, fitness levels and dance abilities. No need to have dance shoes, you can do this class in socks.
After we have fun during the barre dance we will cool down through nice, deep and slow yin poses. One of the best ways to spend your afternoon.
