As winter ends, you may feel depleted after what has been a long succession of cold, dark days. Join us to celebrate the arrival of Spring, the season of reawakening and rebirth.
This restorative workshop will offer you the space to take some time for yourself; We will work on restoring and refreshing your body; finding a peaceful and calm balance in your mind, realigning you with your self and your aspirations. You will leave feeling more balanced and rejuvenated with the uplifting energy of the season.
We will start with a self-compassion meditation, followed by a gentle mindful flow yoga sequence, and massage. After a short break with nourishing refreshments, we will close our practice with a rich and deep yoga nidra session. You will float out the door, peaceful and rejuvenated.
