Mindfulness Workshop

A 2-hour workshop to explore the basics of mindfulness practice with Amy Malloy.

Together we will learn techniques to shine a spotlight on your thought processes and habits and identify your relationship with your thoughts, stress and ‘shoulds’ to date. We will see that by becoming curious about and comfortable with your mind, we can learn how to find acceptance, resilience and inner calm for your everyday life going forward.

Workshop includes: 

  • A practical & theoretical introduction to mindfulness meditation

  • All blankets, mats & cushions provided

  • Mini personal action plan

  • Guided meditation recording to take away and use in your own time
