A four week course designed to strengthen those all-important muscles groups essential for pre and postnatal. A bit more energetic than pregnancy yoga, less high impact than a normal barre class, this will really help with gaining and maintaining strength and flexibility.
Fusing techniques from Yoga, Pilates and Ballet, Barre is a low-impact exercise programme which is perfect for both mums to be and new mums!
